The tirzepatide treatment comes with four pre-filled shots – a one month supply. Keep your pens refrigerated until you are ready to use them.
You use one single-use injection per a week and inject the solution underneath the skin’s surface. Your first dose is 2.5 mg for four weeks. After that, you may increase your dose to 5 mg for the next four weeks. Dosages can go up to 15 mg per week.
